The story follows some modern day kids’ magical journey through the history of Australia from the original owners to Federation. They meet convicts, bushrangers, gold miners, pioneers, selectors, explorers and have lots of fun on the way when trappings from their modern life cause problems with those they meet. Lots of small cameo parts for famous Aussies like Caroline Chisholm, Elizabeth Macarthur, Ned Kelly. This musical gives children a terrific overview of history from the original owners to settlement ending at 1901 in a fun and humorous way.
