and public performance of their work.
Performance rights apply for each and every performance including
matinees, whether or not a charge is made for tickets. -Should you have any
queries about any of our shows, please contact us by phone or email. We are a small company. We are happy to assist you with your
choice of show. -All
goods contained in perusal and hire packs remain the property of Deborah
Martin Productions. -All
materials included in perusal and hire packs are covered by Copyright
Law. Unauthorized copying, lending or performance of any part is
prohibited. -If
you decide to proceed with a show, please complete a hire form before rehearsals begin. Permission to proceed is not in

How to Hire a Show All our shows are covered by Copyright Law. No part of a hire pack should be copied without authorization. Shows are available on a hire basis for one
season. All materials remain the property of Deborah
Martin Productions No part of any show should be performed without
authorization. A hire contract must be completed before
rehearsals begin 1. Use our perusal service to read and listen to some
shows that appeal. 2. Return
the perusal pack. Complete the
hire form for your chosen show and return it to us before rehearsals
begin. All our shows are covered by Copyright Law. It is illegal to use our works without
a completing a hire form. There
are separate applications Category A and B shows. A hire form is included in all perusal packs.
It is an application to perform one of our shows and outlines: 1. The
name of the show 2. The
person in charge 3. The
name of the organization 3. The
number of performances and the dates We will invoice the school according to the
information on the contract. There is a charge to hire the show pack and
each and every performance incurs performance rights. This includes
matinee and charity performances. 3. The
hire pack for your chosen show will be forwarded to you on receipt of the
hire form. An authorization form
granting permission to do stage the show for the nominated number of
performances will be enclosed with the pack. Please retain the authorization form. It
should be returned it with your hire pack after the performance. The
return of your pack can then be recorded in our system. 4. A
video licence form is enclosed in the hire
pack. If the show is to be
videoed, this form must be returned to us. A charge applies. 5. All
hire materials-master script, CDs, sheet music, etc. must be returned to
us within 14 days of the performance of the show. Please enclose your authorization form so the
return of the pack can be recorded. A charge will apply for late return. 6. Any lost or broken items must be reported immediately. 7. Copyright Law prohibits any
copying, lending or unauthorized performance of our shows. Category A hire package contains: • Master script with notes on
staging, sets, costumes, props • Professionally recorded soundtrack on CD -Vocal version for rehearsal -Instrumental version for
performance • Lyrics sheets.
Simple sheet music: melody
line and chords only • Events
planner with ideas for planning a whole school celebration around the
concert theme. • Student activity book included. • Free promotional/production material: templates for posters, ads, tickets,
etc. included. Costs: Category
