A gang of bumbling pirates armed with a map is looking for hidden treasure on the beach. They are constantly interrupted by a flow of sea side characters on the beach and under the water. Stars include, life savers, surfers, jellyfish, penguins, summertime kids, boogie board riders. The pirates’ plans to escape with the treasure are foiled but they find a new and happy life in an unexpected way! This simple storyline ties the 12 terrific pieces that include song, dance and drama. There’s a rap, a mini play, a chorus line number, a dance and much more.
